My order was confirmed however i waited a week and still no dispatch notification. I sent an email querying this which was never responded to (its been over a week since i sent the email). A week and a half after my order was placed and confirmed it was “dispatched” however tracking didn’t show it had actually been sent to the delivery company for a further 2 days. Delivery according to the tracking was due today however there has been no sign of the package and the tracking has the status as “no parcel but data” which is nice and vague. Not convinced it will show up at this rate, and have 0 trust in their customer service to even respond let alone rectify things.
The website claims delivery takes within a week (3 to 5 days i think) however if I had realised that it would take them well over a week to actually dispatch it i wouldnt have bothered ordering.
Definitely do not recommend buying from their website.

I placed an order online and patiently awaited a confirmation email. The money for my order was taken swiftly. But after 10 days, no confirmation email. I contacted CK and waited another 4 days for a response. What I received was a rude and vague response, which still didn’t answer my question:
‘Your order is due to be dispatched from today via standard delivery. This information about the delay was made available on the product page and the confirmation email as well.’
Well I didn’t receive a confirmation email, that’s the bloody problem, the product page states a 3-5 day delivery. So I still don’t have an invoice, I still don’t have confirmation, I still have no product. Disgusting service, will not use again.

I love candy kittens!! The sweets are delicious!! Some of the flavours I'm not 100% with, but you're never going to like everything!
Delivery was delayed due to covid related royal mail backlogs, but I've never had an issue with the company or sweets themselves!

Avoid this company. My order was over a month late and had to continually chase to see what was going on. Poor customer service. Won’t be using this company again

I normally get mine from Amazon with free delivery but thought I would helps support more with buying direct from the website.
Ordered on the 11th and it gave an expected delivery date of the 16th but I have even been sent a dispatch email yet or anything else apart from the order confirmation.
Very slow service which is a shame as I really like the sweets but will just stick to buying them off Amazon now

I really like the flavours and would buy them regularly, if not for the price being so high for what they are.

It’s been over 2 weeks since I ordered a gift for my vegan friend, still not arrived. Delivery tracking is completely useless. Not sure why I didn’t just go into a store. Embarrassing really.

Placed an order with their Black Friday deal and was delighted with the product. Beautifully packaged and the vegan mango ones I tried were delicious, the others I'm giving as Xmas gifts. When I had a customer service enquiry it was answered (by Isobel) very promptly.

Excellent customer service, very quick in replying to any queries. When my black Friday order was delayed, they sent me updates and added in extra sweets as a thanks. The best vegan sweet company out there.

I ordered through the Vodafone offer so I only had to pay the postage . They were well packaged but took a while to come . I wouldn’t pay full price for these though as they were average but no better than much cheaper sweets from the supermarket

As someone who is gluten and lactose intolerant, I love these sweets!! Even before I was intolerant, I was impressed by them. Very delish

Ignoring messages, never delivered 2 weeks later. Total rip off. Poor customer service and agree with others reviewers - don't buy off this website.
